Q. What is the return policy?
A. We don’t currently accept returns. All sales are final. We only release products we’ve tested and worn ourselves, but make sure you double-check sizing before ordering.
Q. Where is my order?
A. All apparel is made on demand. That means it doesn’t sit in a warehouse — it’s produced when you order it. Because of that, it takes a little longer to ship. Good things do.
Q. When will you release new products?
A. When we have something worth putting our name on. Nothing goes up for sale until we’ve worn it, ridden in it, and tried to ruin it ourselves.
Q. Where do you ride?
A. Mostly Western North Dakota and Eastern Montana. We’ll ride south, north, east, west — depends on the day. We plan enough to stay smart and then go.
Q. Can we join you on a ride?
A. Possibly. Reach out via email or Instagram. We don’t run organized group rides, but we’re always open to meeting up with solid riders along the route.
Q. Why do you have a bad attitude?
A. Because this isn’t built to please everyone. If you’re looking for polished influencer travel energy, this probably isn’t your lane. If you like honest two-up touring and real-world riding, you’ll be fine here.
